Carpool Procedures
K-8th Grade Drop Off & Pick Up Instructions
Drivers must enter campus through the driveway off of Eden Ave.
Pull up to the sidewalk so the passenger side door is closest to the building
To assist with flow, please put car seats on the passenger side to load and unload children without having to exit your vehicle or have children crossing between cars.
Exit via the main driveway to Eden Ave. All cars must exit via Eden Ave. - exiting is not possible via our back alley. Please be mindful of students who are leaving through the area.
To help move the carpool line off of Eden Ave. and assist with flow, please pull into the auxiliary lot in the morning and afternoon.
Do not pull into our main North parking lot as we cannot mix cars and students with buses. Cars will be turned away and students NOT allowed to load or unload from that lot.
Do not drop off your child or have your child meet you in the neighborhood as it creates more foot traffic.
Preschool Drop Off & Pick Up Instructions
Drivers must enter our campus through the new building entrance via W Frontage Rd. / Normandale Rd.
Park in the spaces East of the sidewalk median.
Preschoolers must be walked into school with a parent or guardian via the sidewalk median.
If your preschooler has siblings in other grades at Our Lady of Grace, they may enter the school via the same new building doors.
Exit through the same way as entered. Cars may exit by taking a right or left onto W Frontage Rd. / Normandale Rd. Please be mindful of students who are leaving through the area.
Do not pull into the carpool line off of Eden Ave. Bus routes will prevent you from reaching the Preschool parking and doors.
Do not enter or exit at the entrance next to the Athletic Fields. This entrance is reserved for busses.
Walker & Biker Instructions
We are working to decrease the possible student/car interactions in the alley during this adjustment. Extra care is needed as students walk along the alley or up the driveway.
